Walmart has GLUTEN FREE frozen dinners!
I COULDNT BELIEVE MY GLUTEN FREE EYES WHEN I WAS IN WALMART LAST NIGHT.
WE WENT TO GET MY GIANT BAG OF MIXED VEGGIES (NORMANDY BLEND IS THE BEST!) AND I TURNED AROUND AND RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE VEGGIES WAS A ROW OF AMY'S ORGANIC FROZEN DINNERS AND NOT ONLY THAT, BUT MY TWO FAVORITE ONES THAT ARE GLUTEN FREE WERE MORE THEN $2 LESS THEN ANY STORE I HAVE EVER SEEN THEM IN!
JUST IN CASE THIS WAS A ONE TIME DEAL OR MISTAKE, I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT THEM OUT OF STOCK OF THE CHEESE ENCHALADAS ($3.48@) AND THE TEMALE VERDE ($3.

THOSE TWO ARE THE BEST EVER! RUN OUT TO WALMART AND CHECK IT OUT AND HAVE YOURSELF A YUMMY GLUTEN FREE LUNCH OR DINNER!

PS. THE CHECKER AT THE STORE SAID WALMART IS WORKING ON A SPECIAL SECTION FOR ORGANIC, NATURAL AND SPECIAL DIET FOODS! YAY....ONE STORE FOR ALL MY SHOPPING? COULD THIS REALLY HAPPEN IN MY LIFETIME?!?!?!
I went to Wal mart tonight,I keep asking them to have some of the special gf companies foods for sale and they still don't,guess I need to talk to a manager!I love buying the great value brand of pizza and spagetti sauce,I would love to shop in one place someday soon!You would think since their own brand has gone gluten free where they could,they would cater to getting Amy's,glutino,and other great companies on their store shelves soon!
ReplyDeleteall we can do is just keep demanding it. i talk to a lot of companies and they all tell me "well we would but....we dont get that many people asking for it so it really doesnt seem worth it to us" so you know these people arent mind readers. you and everyone else have to keep demanding gluten free items everywhere you go. someday we will be able to shop at just one place for everything we need and not have to pay 4 to 5 times the regular price.

Great Value brand Pizza Sauce HAS CHANGED!! The label now warn of cross contamination it's no longer safe :((
